BPHM FAQ

What is a BPHM Degree?
The Bachelor of Professional Studies in Health Sciences Management (BPHM) draws upon an adult student's maturity and experience as an allied health care professional to study topics related to health care management. The program prepares students with professional backgrounds in radiography, medical sonography, physical therapy assistant, and respiratory therapy to assume managerial and leadership roles in the health care system.

The program targets health care professionals who hold an associate's degree and national certification in one of the four identified health care fields, but who require a bachelor’s degree to advance in management and leadership roles within their careers. The online program offers a comprehensive and well-designed curriculum to help students develop their foundational knowledge, and strengthen those skills that are essential in today's competitive and ever-evolving health care environment. These skills include analytical reasoning, critical thinking, effective communication, leadership, effective resource management, problem solving, and teamwork.

How long will it take me to complete this program?
