Instruction for National Criminal Justice Command College is held at the Virginia State Police Academy in Richmond, Virginia.

Lodging is not included in the cost of the Command College. However, a block of rooms has been reserved at the nearby Holiday Inn Select, Richmond-Koger South, 804-379-3800.

Participants are responsible for making their hotel reservations.
