I'm interested in earning the certificate. Must I apply to the program? Yes, you must apply to earn the certificate. You can download an application. You must apply to the program prior to enrollment in your last class. Students intending to earn the certificate must maintain an average grade of B or better to continue in the program. A cumulative GPA of 3.0 is required to earn the certificate.

Are there any prerequisites for applying to the program? Yes, you must hold a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university, or the equivalent of a bachelor's degree from a foreign institution.

I have credits from another institution that I would like to transfer to this certificate. How do I know if they will transfer? Transfer credits from other institutions are not accepted for this certificate.

Will the credits from this certificate program transfer to another college or university? Certificate programs are designed to be stand-alone programs. Selected courses, however, may be eligible for transfer. Colleges and universities may recognize these courses for transfer, but these decisions are made independently by the receiving institution.

Can I enroll in just a few courses? I'm not interested in earning the certificate. Yes, you can enroll in courses without applying for the certificate.

Are the faculty teaching in the program practitioners in the field of eMarketing? The lead faculty member is Page Duffy, principal of JPD Associates and an expert in developing effective Internet marketing strategies that offer early positive returns. He has also developed and helped implement automation campaigns and programs for both business-to-business and business-to-consumer clients that have achieved dramatic results. Duffy has served as an adjunct faculty member at Northeastern University where he taught Internet marketing courses. He is author of eMarketing - Internet Marketing Today, A Handbook for eMarketers, and co-authored Effective Use of the Internet: Developing Client-Side and HTML Skills.

Is it possible to offer this program in my region? All of the required courses and electives are offered online, allowing you to complete the certificate from anywhere.
