Intermediate Accounting II

Course Description: Emphasizes the roles of accounting information in assisting managers to select and reach their objectives. Although attention is given to data accumulation and reporting, the focus is on cost analysis. Topics include responsibility accounting and reporting, ethics, standard costs, strategic cost analysis, activity-based cost management, target costing, and the role of accounting in improving quality.
