Understanding Technology Operations (Web Course)

Course Description: It is widely recognized that the environment confronting organizations today is becoming increasingly competitive due to the globalization of markets, shorter product life cycles, and rapidly changing management protocols and service offerings. Usually, firms enhance their competitiveness by developing new services, and developing new processes for delivering the services. This course assists participants in developing a new operations model. Specific topics covered in the course include concepts of business strategy, leadership styles, quality management, knowledge management, outsourcing, program management, and supply chain management.
