| HR 407W Human Resources Information Systems (Web Course) Course Description: The student will analyze the use of human resource information systems as related to effective human resources management. This course will provide a methodology and foundation for students to improve their ability to work in an organizational context. Topics that will be covered include HR technology strategy, workflow improvement, user needs analysis, requirements definition, comparison of vendor products and services, employee self service technology, the business case for HR technology, and trends for the future.
