HR 504 Organizational Performance Management
Course Description: Performance management begins with the strategic planning of organizational objectives and systems, and it extends to the development of closed-loop measurement and control systems designed to provide information concerning the sources of variation within the system. The course examines the influence of human performance elements (such as quality of work life, rewards and recognition, job design, teambuilding, and participative management) on organizational performance.
