| HR 508 Management of Organizations Course Description: This course brings together students' practical experience and published material related to management history, theory, and everyday application. The course will explore the individual psyche in the management of organizations as well as examine prevailing concepts in strategic management. This course focuses on decision-making from the broad perspective of top management as will as the impact various decisions have on the people charged with carrying out the organization's mission. Prerequisites: Bachelors degree and instructor permission
