| MATH 670 Geometry & Measurement For K-8 Math Specialists Course Description: This course for future K-8 mathematics specialists will cover the VA SOL strands in geometry & measurement. Instruction will cover the van Hiele model for how children develop and advance in their geometric understanding, and the types of activities that are required in developing advanced levels of understanding of geometry & measurement concepts and skills.
