NCBM 001A Fundamentals of Management and Supervision Course Description: One of the primary measures of success for managers is the ability to realize improvements in performance, productivity, and quality. This workshop will provide managers with constructive ideas and practical tools to improve effectiveness in areas of supervision and management that impact the ability to achieve these goals. Decision-making, delegation and performance management, handling adversity, individual and group communication, and time management are some of the major topics that will be addressed.
