Course Description: Unmanaged and unresolved conflict results in missed opportunities, high levels of personal stress, and reduced employee morale. It is also one of the largest financial drains facing organizations today. This course offers a way to manage and reduce the cost of conflict. Participants will learn about various available approaches to managing and resolving areas of conflict.
