NCBM Reading Financial Statements Course Description: Board members are charged with the responsibility of fiscal oversight and governance of their organizations. This workshop will concentrate on the basics of financial statements and use for organizational management. Particular emphasis will be given to those areas unique to nonprofit organizations. In addition, an overview of the audit process and required auditor communication will be explored.
