Course Description: The successful facilitation of the strategic planning process results in a strategic plan that makes a difference. Participants in the workshop will gain the knowledge and tools needed to guide and facilitate the individuals involved in the planning process. Consideration will also be given to each stage of the process, from SWOT analysis to problems of execution.
