Course Description: Succession planning ensures that employees are recruited and developed to fill each key role within a company and ensures seamless transitions that strengthen the organization. This workshop will provide the tools for participants to lead or participate in a meaningful succession plan, including performing an analysis of key and critical positions, conducting an objective and honest review of internal candidates for succession, and creating a strategy for retaining and training likely successors.
