Course Description: Many nonprofit boards have settled into processes and patterns that may not be optimal for the organization in the long run. This course will discuss a checklist of key activities and provide some practical tools and implementation techniques that are often found in well-functioning boards. For new and experienced board members, whether your nonprofit organization is young or mature, this practical course will help you improve the operation of your board and, in turn, the organization you lead.
