Course Description: Prepares one to lead groups to productive outcomes. Explores designing meetings that foster inclusion, encouraging communication, and enhancing group decision making. Identifies key practices associated with effective facilitation, understanding the limited contributions agendas make to productive meetings, and discovering specific ways to intervene and redirect groups to productive ends.
