Ethics in Organizations: How to Lead & Live in a Workplace You Admire

Course Description: This workshop will explore what it means to be ethical, how to make ethical decisions, and how to muster the moral courage to do the right thing. Participants will also examine why good leaders sometimes end up doing bad things, and how good leaders can create good organizations - those with a healthy ethical climate. They will examine and work through case studies to find ethical solutions to common problems, and will have a chance to bring their own ethics cases into the conversation. Participants will leave with a toolkit of ideas, readings, and tips for enhancing ethics in their own work and organization. This course includes a Box Lunch working session.
