Course Description: Identifies core communication skills and behaviors, adopts needed behaviors, and eliminates communication traits and behaviors that undermine credibility and influence. Explores how to understand the complex interplay between leaders and followers; how to read situations, and adapt communications for maximum impact; and how to discover personal communication styles, strengths, and weaknesses.
