Course Description: This workshop provides a practical how to approach to creating and managing endowments. Topics include upholding fiduciary duty as you solicit funds, establishing an investment policy statement, forming a board investment committee, and determining asset allocation and spending rates that are right for your organization. Participants will leave with the knowledge to effectively create and strengthen their organizations' financial foundation.
