Starting a Non-Profit Organization in Virginia

Course Description: This two-part workshop will focus on the steps to start a non-profit from development of an idea or focal area, to maintaining compliance of tax-exempt status requirements. Participants will leave with a variety of resources to assist in the start-up of a nonprofit. Those new to nonprofits may also gain valuable information from this workshop.
