Course Description: Process mapping is a simple, yet powerful method of looking beyond functional activities and rediscovering your organization’s core processes. Process maps enable you to peel away the complexity of your organizational structure (and internal politics) and focus on the processes that are truly the heart of your business. This two-day course provides an introduction to systems thinking, teaches you how to construct and analyze process flow charts, and provide you with an implementation strategy.
Prerequisites: Audience to include process owners, managers or engineers; functional or project managers; process improvement team leaders; managers in a process-oriented organization; and senior managers or executives.
