NCBM 101 Performance Management for the Non-Profit Staff
Course Description: A performance management system is a practical approach to appraising your staff and developing their potential. The workshop will address the key elements of a performance management system: constructing good jobs, detemining annual objectives, providing and receiving feedback, conducting the annual employee appraisal and planning for the future. The workshop is designed for executive directors, human resource professionals and managers at non-profit organizations.
