| NCBM 202 Performance Management for the Nonprofit Staff Course Description: A performance management system is a practical approach to appraising your staff and developing their potential. The workshop will address the key elements of a performance management system: constructing good jobs, detemining annual objectives, providing and receiving feedback, conducting the annual employee appraisal and planning for the future.
