| NCBM 204 Evaluating a Nonprofit Executive Director Course Description: One of the major functions of a board is oversight and performance management of the executive director. This course is a “how-to” for non-profit board leaders. Participants will learn the key elements of a performance management system, the importance of the board/executive director relationship and will practice giving and receiving feedback.
