NCBM 103B Creating Productive Workplaces: Leadership Skills for Front-Line Supervisors
Course Description: Supervisors are critical to developing productive workplaces and in preparing others to be successful. This workshop will articulate the core expectations and responsibilities associated with the supervisory role and investigate key result areas related to supervisory effectiveness. Participants will explore the practices essential to building teamwork and collaboration, discuss issues related to performance and accountability, and develop a model for motivating and developing a workforce.
