Introduction to Spanish Language II

Course Description: This course will continue exploring the Spanish language with the introduction of more complex grammatical concepts and vocabulary. The main theme of this course will be expressing ideas in the past, although we will continue to practice and perfect the grammar and language skills learned in Introduction to Spanish I. Other topics will include using reflexive verbs, a more in depth exploration of pronouns, comparing things, and how to give instructions and directions using the command form. Cultural aspects related to food, etiquette, sports, and entertainment also will be explored.

Prerequisites: Introduction to Spanish Language or equivalent
