Leadership and Human Resources Management

Course Description: This course will introduce students to a variety of leadership concepts and techniques that students can utilize to become effective leaders in a project environment. At the completion of the course students will understand the difference between leadership and management, how to apply a variety of leadership techniques in a project environment, what are the key traits of an effective leader, and how effective leadership can result in high performing project team.
