Course Description: Nature and characteristics of sound. Topics to include how sound travels, different types of waves, virbrations, speed of sound, Doppler effect, and the human ear. Activities include making sound, demonstrating Doppler effect, wave movement, and making musical instruments. Letter grade will be assigned for this class.
