"There aren't enough words to express to you what the Library Media Program has meant to me. It has allowed me to achieve a lifelong dream...that of becoming a librarian. I have always had a love of books. By the time I was 12, I had a lending library of over 1,000 books complete with card catalogue and library cards! About six years ago, I started checking into library schools but realized that they were too far away to commute each week. I thought I would have to give up my dream. Two years ago, I found out about this program and literally cried for joy. My dream would come true. I now have finished all my classes, 186 hours of my internship and have received my provisional license. Thank you from the bottom of my heart."
