Community Scholar Spring 2007 Course Registration

What is a Community Scholar?
An individual who wishes to engage in the academics of the University of Virginia part-time, without applying to a degree program.

Who are Community Scholars?
Community Members, Degree Candidates From Other Institutions, Employees of the University of Virginia, High School Students, Part-Time UVA CLAS, MAT, and SEAS Students, Senior Citizens

Community Scholars may choose from thousands of courses from Schools and departments throughout the University of Virginia, witht the exception of the Schools of Medicine, Law, and Education. Community Scholars attend the same classes as undergraduate and graduate degree students and enjoy the same intellectual challenges. Individuals who wish to take graduate courses must possess an undergraduate degree.
