The Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies (BIS) program is a part-time, undergraduate degree program with evening, weekend, and online classes. Students can enroll in classes offered online and at the UVA Richmond Center. This transfer program, offered through the UVA School of Continuing and Professional Studies, builds on students’ previous college work and offers liberal arts courses that promote critical thinking and analytical skills.  Applicants must have completed 60 credits prior to admission to BIS. Classes are taught by faculty from the University of Virginia.  Applications are accepted for fall and spring admission.
