Leadership Seminar Series

As a successful professional, you’ve spent many years developing your individual skills to meet the challenges of your profession. Now, it is time to step up to the next level by developing your management and leadership skills to meet the challenges and expanded responsibilities now asked of you, by your profession.
These noncredit seminars provide the opportunity for each participant to learn how to meet leadership challenges head on, by using tools discussed during these seminars.
By concentrating on the development of you leadership techniques, managers will be able to tactically enhance their leadership skills in:
- leading at the next level
- communicating and influencing
- removing barriers to organizational strategy
- empowering your organization
- discovering key elements in making sound judgment calls.
Students completing all five seminars will be awarded a certificate of completion.
