Elective courses allow students to delve deeper into specialized areas, polish communication skills, and explore relevant topics.  The 30-credit undergraduate/post-baccalaureate Certificate in Human Resources Management (10 courses) can be completed in 18 months by enrolling in 2 classes per term.
