Catering

All refreshment breaks (e.g. continental breakfast, beverage service, snack breaks) are handled by Zehmer Hall Conference Center.

All meal functions held in Zehmer Hall Conference Center, including bar service, must be approved by the Conference Center Manager.

All meal functions, including bar service, must be coordinated and served by an approved caterer on the Zehmer Hall Conference Approved Caterer List. Please refer to the link below for the list of approved caterers for the Zehmer Hall Conference Center.

Please note it is the client’s responsibility to contact the caterer directly to coordinate meal service. Requests for meal services coordinated by the Conference Center Manager will result in a 10% service fee added to the final bill for the event.
