Rate Schedule
Effective July 9, 2008
Setup and Service: for conferences, seminars, workshops, institutes, meetings and similar activities, fees include setup of tables and chairs, signage in the lobby, space breakdown and cleanup, and staff assigned for planning and on-site assistance. Additional conference assistance or work required outside of normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8 am – 5 pm) is subject to an additional charge of $30 per hour.
Groups may rent audiovisual equipment as needed. Additional charges apply for teleconferencing hookups, videoconferencing, and satellite uplinks and downlinks.

Lounge Discount
Groups that book meeting space including the use of the Zehmer Hall Conference Center Lounge for catered meals will receive a 30 percent discount from the price of the Lounge. (May not be combined with other discounts.)
Full Use Discount
Groups that book all spaces in Zehmer Hall Conference Center will be given a 30 percent discount on the total meeting room fee. (May not be combined with Consecutive Days Discount.)
Consecutive Days Discount
Groups that book a single room or group of rooms in Zehmer Hall Conference Center for 3 or more consecutive days will be given a 30 percent discount on the total meeting room fee. (May not be combined with Full Use Discount.)
Long Term Use
Long term use of Zehmer Hall Conference Center at night for classroom space (one semester minimum) will be charged $50 per night per room (auditorium and lounge excluded).
Service Fee
A service fee will be included with each group reservation. Charges will be billed to the sponsor grop and noted on the final invoice.
The service fee includes the following service in support of each meeting booked at the Zehmer Hall Conference Center.
- Easy access parking on site at the conference center
- High speed wireless internet access (guest registration required)
- Standard audiovisual equipment for the meeting room, upon request
- Flipchart pad (one free, charge for additional)
- Tripod easel (one free; charge for additional)
- Laser pointer
- Overhead projector
- Slide projector
- Projector stand
- On-site technical support services, available upon request
The service fee is calculated based on guest attendance at event. The following fee structure applies: $75 for groups of 30 or fewer attendees; $125 for gorups with 31 to 100 attendees; $200 for groups with over 100 attendees. Please note participant counts include all instructors, facilitators, and program assistants.
Additional Charge
Groups that book Zehmer Hall Conference Center for use before 8 a.m. or after 5 p.m. on weekdays, and anytime on weekends will be subject to an additional change of $30 per hour.
Picnics and Other Outdoor Events
A charge of $150 is assessed for use of the picnic area behind Zehmer Hall Conference Center. The sponsor will also be billed if cleanup of the area is required after the event.
Morning Refreshment Breaks*
Just the Coffee ($4.25 per person)
Premium brewed coffee, decaf, and hot water with a variety of teas.
Standard Break ($6.50 per person)
Premium brewed coffee, decaf, and hot water with a variety of tea, assorted juices, breakfast breads and pastries.
Deluxe Break ($8.25 per person – minimum 20)
Same as Standard Morning Break with sodas, fresh sliced fruit tray, assorted bagels and cream cheese added.

Afternoon Refreshment Breaks*
Just the Sodas ($4.25 per person)
Assorted sodas with ice.
Standard Break ($6.25 per person)
Premium brewed coffee, decaf, and hot water with a variety of teas, assorted sodas, fresh whole fruit, and cookies.
Deluxe Break ($8.25 per person – minimum 20)
Same as Standard Afternoon Break except whole fruit is substituted with a fresh sliced fruit tray, with brownies and bottled water added.

Other Breaks*
Full Beverage Service ($5.00 per person)
Premium brewed coffee, decaf, and hot water with a variety of teas, and sodas.
Bottled Water ($1.25 per person)
Individual bottles of water with ice.
