Cynthia Lewis

Cynthia Lewis, PhD, MEd, BA

Cynthia Lewis has served over 35 years with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). She began her career in the Office of the General Counsel (FBI Headquarters) before being selected as a writer/editor on the FBI Law Enforcement Bulletin (LEB) staff in the Training Division at Quantico. She began team-teaching FBI National Academy (NA) courses in 2004 while continuing to write and edit for the LEB. In 2009, she was chosen as a full-time NA instructor.

Cynthia is a graduate of the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in English. She completed her Master of Education through the University of Virginia and her Doctor of Education through Walden University.
