The undergraduate Human Resources Management Certificate online addresses the functional areas of human resources, including the management of organizations, organizational development, and legal and ethical issues.

Who Should Enroll?

The Human Resources Management Certificate is ideal for those just entering the field of human resources management. 

For individuals who already hold an undergraduate or advanced degree and have experience in the field of human resources management, the Leadership in Human Resources Management Certificate is recommended. 

The courses in this certificate have each been approved for 45 recertification Professional Development Credits (PDCs) by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
