PSMT 6020: Strategic Database Marketing
Online Synchronous | Thursdays, 7-10 pm | Jan 16 - Apr 23 
Explores ways to identify, retain, and build customer loyalty to generate sales that drive higher profits to the bottom line. Explores how to use databases to deliver these results. Includes such topics as database design, data warehouses, data mining, and marketing techniques such as customer lifetime value, and recency-frequency-monetary analysis.

PSMT 6070: Social & New Media Digital Marketing
Online Synchronous | Wednesdays, 7-10 pm | Jan 15 - Apr 22
Explores how new media is being used to create relationships, market products and services, engage key audiences, create brand awareness, and drive loyalty.  Covers techniques such as social networking, wikis, widgets, blogging, podcasting, webcasting, social bookmarking, mobile marketing, and mashups.

PROCUREMENT AND CONTRACTS MANAGEMENT

John comes to SCPS after serving as a naval officer and naval reserve officer on active duty, during which time he worked in the Naval Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division and the Technical Support Detachment (TSD) investigating, exploiting, and attacking IED manufacturing networks in Iraq and Afghanistan. He draws on his military experience as well as 16 years in private industry to lead instruction on leadership, management, communication, and team development.
