Marshall Kasten, M.Acc., CPA

Marshall Kasten is a Virginia CPA who has been teaching at University of Virginia for over 22 years.  Marshall currently serves as Vice President of Operational Finance for ManTech International Corporation, a publicly traded Government contractor, where he has been employed since 2000.  During Marshall’s tenure, ManTech has acquired and integrated over 25 companies, issued publicly traded debt, maintained a large credit facility, and grew to sales of nearly $3B.  Additionally, Marshall has been heavily involved in implementing and upgrading various business systems and has had major involvement in many External audits.  Prior to ManTech, Marshall was a Senior Tax associate at KPMG, focusing on Aerospace and Defense, and Broadcasting clients.  Marshall has a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Accounting from Virginia Tech, as well as a Certificate in Government Contracting from George Mason University.
