Noel Montesa, M.Acc., CPA

Noel Montesa, CPA is currently the CFO and Assistant Executive Director for the ARRS (American Roentgen Ray Society – association serving radiologists worldwide). He has been involved in adult education for over 30 years. He served 18 years as business faculty for the Fairfax Adult and Community Education and has been an accounting faculty adjunct for UVA – SCPS since 2008.

Graduated with an accounting degree from George Mason University in 1981 and a master’s degree in accounting from Strayer University. Previously, Montesa served as Director of Finance for the National Society of Accountants, ASBO International, and SCORE. A member of the Virginia Society of CPAs and the ASAE (American Society of Association Executive), he served on the Ethics Committee of the Virginia State Board of Accountancy for five years and various voluntary treasurer positions for other not-for-profit organizations, HOA and Condo associations. Currently licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Virginia.
