I highly recommend the National Criminal Justice Command Course through the University of Virginia to all leaders in state law enforcement agencies. The ability to collaborate with other leaders from state law enforcement agencies from across the country is unlike any other program offered. The Command College provides a forward-thinking and practical framework for leading complex public safety organizations. The course effectively blended research-based leadership principles with real-world law enforcement applications, challenging participants to think strategically, develop future leaders and strengthen organizational culture for long-term success.
