The Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies (BIS) program is a part-time, undergraduate degree program with online and evening classes offered on the Virginia Beach campus of Tidewater Community College. This transfer program, offered through the UVA School of Continuing and Professional Studies, builds on students' previous college work and offers liberal arts courses that promote critical thinking and analytical skills. Applications are accepted for fall and spring.

The 
Bachelor of Professional Studies in Health Sciences Management (BPHM) prepares students with technical backgrounds to assume managerial and leadership roles in the health care system. This program gives nationally certified health professionals with the appropriate associate's degree the opportunity to earn a bachelor's degree from UVA on a part-time basis. All courses needed to complete the general education, major core, and elective requirements are offered online. Four courses have a brief in-person experience on Grounds in Charlottesville, Applications are accepted for fall and spring.
