As part of the School of Continuing and Professional Studies' commitment to helping adult learners achieve their educational goals, we are excited to offer scholarship opportunities for certificate and Master of Public Safety students for the fall 2026 term. Scholarship applications will be evaluated based on merit and financial challenges with award values up to full coverage of tuition and fees for the duration of the student's certificate program, or for the Master of Public Safety for the fall 2026, spring 2027 and summer 2027 academic terms, as long as satisfactory grades are maintained and other eligibility requirements are met.
To be considered for a scholarship, individuals must have applied to the program by July 1, 2026 or be currently enrolled in the program for the fall 2026 term.

*Due to the extended program application deadline, Certified Public Manager students have until Wednesday, July 15 to submit their scholarship application.

Selected awardees will have funds applied directly to their UVA student accounts toward tuition and fees only. Find all eligibility requirements on the scholarship application webpage. Scholarship applications must be received by Wednesday, July 8 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
