PC 4020: Contract Administration
Online Asynchronous* | Available Aug 27-Dec 6  | Synchronous sessions TBD. 
Covers the technical and fundamental procedures basic to contract administration. Examines both theory and practice, emphasizing enforcement of contract terms and conditions, cost overruns, change orders, disputes and appeals, financial analysis, contract authority and interpretation, production surveillance, quality assurances, and audit. Prerequisite: PC 4010.

PROCUREMENT AND CONTRACTS MANAGEMENT

John comes to SCPS after serving as a naval officer and naval reserve officer on active duty, during which time he worked in the Naval Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division and the Technical Support Detachment (TSD) investigating, exploiting, and attacking IED manufacturing networks in Iraq and Afghanistan. He draws on his military experience as well as 16 years in private industry to lead instruction on leadership, management, communication, and team development.
