UVA Guaranteed Interview Program For Certificate Students

What’s next after finishing a certificate at UVA? It could be a guaranteed job interview with select partner companies.  

The University of Virginia’s School of Continuing and Professional Studies is proud to offer guaranteed interviews with partner companies for students of eligible certificate programs.

The program is just what it sounds like: certificate students and certificate graduates are guaranteed interviews with partner employers across multiple industries.

To participate, students take three simple steps:

1. Apply to an open position with a partner company.
2. Email Kai Degner at [email protected] confirming they applied, and provide a link to the job posting.
3. Kai Degner will alert the partner company contact to coordinate the interview.
