Speaker Series: Rethinking Police Culture and Leadership panel

Moderated by Dr. Thomas Bradshaw, who is an instructor for the Master of Public Safety program as well as the Commander of the Virginia State Police Communications Division, this panel examines how police culture influences public perception and outcomes. The discussion will explore whether culture is the root issue, how to foster positive change, and the role of leadership in these efforts.

• Chris Hsiung, who currently serves as the Executive Director at The Curve and was the former Chief of the Mountain View Police Department.
• Kathleen O'Toole, who served as the former Chief of Police of the Seattle Police Department as well as the former Commissioner of the Boston Police Department.
• Adrian Perkins, who currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Prospect Park LLC and was the former mayor of Shreveport, Louisiana
