2026 Operationalizing Never Again

The Miller Center on Policing and Community Resilience at Rutgers University and the University of Virginia’s Center for Public Safety and Justice (CPSJ) are proud to announce the 2026 Operationalizing Never Again program: The Role of Law Enforcement in the Holocaust and Contemporary Genocide. This collaborative effort seeks to educate law enforcement leaders on the historical role of policing during state-sponsored atrocities and its relevance to contemporary public safety challenges.
