Jenni Barlet

Jenni Barlet has supported over 4,500 students during more than twenty FBI National Academy sessions since her start with UVA in the fall of 2019. Her favorite part of serving the FBI National Academy is meeting students from all over the world and helping them use their UVA credits to pursue other programs after graduation, like UVA’s Master of Public Safety degree. She also enjoys working with the wonderful FBI National Academy instructors and staff, and she is very proud to be a part of the top criminal justice leadership program in the world.

Prior to working at UVA, Jenni was one of the first dual enrollment coordinators at Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA). She was instrumental in increasing dual enrollment offerings for high school students in Northern Virginia. From 2007 to 2019, she worked in a variety of roles at NOVA, including college-wide enrollment and schedule management, community outreach, off-campus building management, as well as coordination of faculty and staff workshops and events.

Jenni has a BS in Elementary Education from Baylor University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, gardening and cooking.
