SCPS Drop and Refund Request Form

Students can use the self-service feature in the SIS to drop a class. However, if the drop is after the first day of class, students must submit the form below instead of dropping the class in SIS. We will process your drop request for you and send a confirmation email once completed.

Refunds are computed based on the date and time this electronic form is submitted and received by the School of Continuing and Professional Studies. Please review the Refund Policy prior to submitting your request.
