Karli Schildknecht

Karli Schildknecht is a Business Process Optimization Analyst at Navy Federal Credit Union, where she supports initiatives focused on process improvement, automation and organizational effectiveness. Since joining Navy Federal in 2021, she has held roles across member service, executive support, project management, and business optimization.

Schildknecht earned her Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in History and Politics from the University of Virginia in 2025, and holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma and SAFe. She is passionate about continuous improvement, innovation and leveraging technology to solve complex business challenges.

Outside of her professional role, Schildknecht is committed to mentorship and community engagement. She serves as a University of Virginia Alumni Ambassador and leads a student-focused development program through Navy Federal’s School Partnership Program. She enjoys traveling, staying active, and spending time with family.
