DRiV is a scientifically validated development tool that goes beyond basic self-awareness to understand the why behind the what.
UVA partners with OKA, the only company certified to offer DRiV training. As expert facilitators guide you through the DRiV certification, you will learn to uncover what people are passionate about, where they want to focus their energy, and what they expect from themselves, others, and their job. With this foundation, you can capitalize on individual and collective drivers to help others become better leaders, stronger team members, and more satisfied, productive employees.
DRiV Certification Training Includes:

- DRiV technical manual to help deepen your expertise

- Generate 2 DRiV leadership reports so you can begin using the tool right away
You will learn how to run a half-day and full-day DRiV Motivation workshops. You will also receive PowerPoint slides in modifiable format, a DRiV workbook, and training resources (video clips, articles, etc.), that you can use immediately in your work.
